Civic Spiral Staircases are manufacturered in Italy and is widely sold across Europe.
These staircases are only to be used as a secondary staircase or where access is limited - for example a Loft access staircase - this could have a ensuite but this must not be the only or the main bathroom within the property.
These staircases are for Domestic use and not for use in commercial property or a property with multiple occupancy. (Flats)
In the UK the Maximum individual Riser Height permitted in Part K of the building regulations is 220mm. The Civic Staircase Kits adjust to heights between 210mm and 235mm and the range options provided are based upon what the Stair Kit will Adjust to and not what is permissable in the Building regulations so please take care in your selection.
